AJ Brothers Enterprises is a third-generation manufacturer of dental and surgical instruments in Sialkot, Punjab — the city that has been producing precision steel instruments for the global medical market for over a century. We do not romanticise the heritage. We use it.
Our company has been in the surgical-instrument trade for over 35 years across three generations. The current shop floor is run by master craftsmen who came up through the Sialkot SIMAP apprenticeship framework — the same regulated mentorship system that produces forgers, machinists, and polishers for B. Braun-grade suppliers in this district. Several of our people have been on the polishing line for more than twenty years. That is the bench we forge from.
How we differ from a sourcing agent
We are not a trading house. We forge, machine, polish, inspect, mark, and pack on the same plot, under one ISO 13485 quality system, with traceable lot data per shipment. When a procurement officer in Munich or Atlanta asks “where was this instrument made”, the answer is one address — not a chain of three sub-contractors none of whom signed the spec sheet.

Who we are accountable to
Our buyers are hospitals, dental groups, and instrument distributors across the EU, North America, and the Middle East. They are accountable to their procurement directors, who are accountable to their finance teams and to medical-device regulators (EU MDR Article 10, FDA 21 CFR 820). Our paperwork chain is built for their next audit, not for marketing.
What we will not do
We will not claim certifications we do not hold. We will not ship goods that do not match the spec sheet. We will not subcontract a high-precision step to a low-precision shop to shave 8% off the unit cost. These are not values; they are the floor of operating in this district. If our buyer’s procurement team wants to book a Sialkot audit, we welcome the visit on two weeks’ notice.
