Who we are
This Privacy Policy describes how AJ Brothers Enterprises (“AJ Brothers”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal data submitted through ajbrothersent.com. We are a B2B manufacturer of dental and surgical instruments based in Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan.
Data we collect
When you submit a quote request, OEM enquiry, distributor application, or general contact message, we collect the data fields you provide — typically your name, business email, company name, country, role (procurement, distributor, OEM, clinic), the products or specifications of interest, any required certifications, and optionally a phone number or attachment. The form handler also records the submission timestamp, your IP address, and your browser user-agent string. We do not run advertising-network tracking, analytics fingerprinting, or social-media pixels on this site.
How we use it
Submitted data is used solely to (a) reply to your enquiry, (b) prepare quotes and product documentation, (c) operate the business relationship that may follow, and (d) maintain a record of past correspondence for audit and dispute purposes. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it with marketing affiliates.
Lawful bases (EEA / UK)
For visitors in the EEA, the UK, and other jurisdictions with GDPR-equivalent law: the lawful basis for processing your enquiry is our legitimate interest in responding to inbound B2B contact (Article 6(1)(f) UK/EU GDPR). Where you later become a customer, processing also rests on contract necessity (Article 6(1)(b)).
Retention
Quote requests and supporting correspondence are retained for twenty-four (24) months from the date of submission, after which the record is automatically moved to trash and personally identifying meta (IP, user-agent, phone) is redacted ahead of deletion. Customer-relationship records that become part of a live commercial transaction are retained for the longer of (a) the duration of the relationship plus seven years, or (b) any retention period mandated by Pakistani tax or export law.
International transfers
Personal data submitted from the EEA, UK, Switzerland, or other GDPR-equivalent jurisdictions is processed at our offices in Pakistan. Pakistan has not been granted an adequacy decision by the European Commission. Where we transfer data internationally for the purpose of fulfilling your enquiry, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) on request and otherwise on the derogation in Article 49(1)(b) GDPR for transfers necessary to perform a contract entered into in your interest. Distributors and OEM partners may request a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) before placing orders.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, or data portability. EU / UK residents also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, email qc@ajbrothersent.com with the words “data request” in the subject line. We aim to respond within 30 days.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Submitted data is stored in a database on the same hosting account and is not accessible to anonymous visitors. Quote-request records use a custom WordPress capability so only administrators (not editors or contributors) can view them. We follow industry-standard security practices but cannot guarantee absolute security of any information transmitted over the public internet.
