What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a website. They are used to remember preferences, keep you signed in, and operate site features that need to persist between page loads. Some cookies are set by the site you are visiting (first-party); others are set by services the site embeds (third-party).
What we set on this site
ajbrothersent.com is designed to use only the minimum cookies required to operate. Specifically:
- WordPress session cookie — set only when an administrator logs in to manage the site. Not set for ordinary visitors.
- WordPress comment cookie — not applicable on this site (we do not enable public comments).
- Quote-cart preference (localStorage) — when you click “Add to Quote” on a product, your draft selection is stored in your browser’s localStorage so it survives navigation between pages. This is local to your browser, never sent to our servers, and clears after 7 days of inactivity or when you submit or clear your draft quote.
We do not set analytics, advertising, tracking, retargeting, social-media, or fingerprinting cookies. There is no Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or similar on the public site.
Third-party content that may set cookies
Our contact page contains a Google Maps embed showing our Sialkot factory location. The map iframe is lazy-loaded — it is NOT requested or rendered until you scroll it into view or tap the “Load map” placeholder. When you do, Google may set cookies under their own policies. See Google’s cookie policy. If you do not load the map, no Google cookies are set by this site.
WhatsApp click-to-chat links open in a new tab and route to WhatsApp’s own domain, which sets its own cookies. We do not control or share data with those cookies.
Your choices
You can block, delete, or limit cookies in your browser’s privacy settings — see your browser’s help pages for instructions. Blocking the WordPress admin cookie will prevent administrators from managing the site; blocking the quote-cart localStorage entry will reset your draft selection each page load. Neither will affect your ability to browse the catalog or submit an enquiry.
Do Not Track
Since this site does not perform behavioural tracking, the “Do Not Track” browser signal has no operational effect here. We honour your choices either way.

If we add or remove cookies in the future, we will update this page. The “last updated” date below will reflect the change.
