What we offer OEM partners
- Dedicated production line for orders above MOQ 5,000 units per SKU. Tooling stays on your line; turnaround on repeat orders drops to 4 weeks.
- Custom packaging — your colour, your logo, your folding-box dieline. Pouch, peel-pouch, sterile-blister, or paperboard carton.
- Custom marking — laser-engraved buyer logo on the instrument shank, model number per your SKU scheme, lot number per your traceability format. See the laser-marking station detail.
- Spec-matched re-engineering — bring us a sample of the instrument you currently buy from a German or Pakistani OEM; we will draw it, prototype it, and quote the at-volume unit cost in three weeks.
- IP protection — your tooling, drawings, and brand artifacts are kept under a documented confidentiality regime. The signed mutual NDA precedes any drawing exchange.
How a private-label engagement starts
- NDA — we send a mutual NDA on first contact. No technical exchange before signature.
- Spec call — 30 minutes, joint QA and commercial. You bring the instrument or the drawing; we walk through manufacturability, tolerance, finish, packaging, and target unit cost.
- Sample kit — within four weeks of spec sign-off. Three samples per SKU at your stated finish and marking, plus drawings and tolerance sheet. Sample-kit fee is fully credited against first production order.
- First production lot — typical lead time 8–12 weeks for new SKUs; 4–6 weeks for repeat. Lot-data and QC certificate ship with every carton. See the full quality framework for the document chain.
MOQ and lead time
Standard OEM MOQ is 1,000 units per SKU per order, 5,000 units for a dedicated line. Lead time for first production: 8–12 weeks from drawing sign-off. Repeat orders: 4–6 weeks. Faster turnaround is negotiable on stock-instrument-with-custom-marking projects — start from the existing catalog.
